Opportunity with a client described as an AI-powered HR technology and workforce transformation company.
The role offers an early-career path in enterprise SaaS, HR technology, business consulting, and customer success; fresh graduates are welcome.
What you'll do
- Understand customer requirements and document business processes.
- Support product demonstrations, platform configuration, and testing.
- Assist with customer onboarding, training, and go-live.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
What the employer is looking for
- 0–1 year of experience; relevant internships in SaaS, HR technology, consulting, or business analysis are a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Enthusiasm for learning and working with customers.
- A valid passport and willingness to travel for training are required.
Training
- Mandatory 4–6 weeks of training in India upon joining; the company will facilitate visa, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
