Permanent Construction Project Manager role for construction and civil engineering projects in Sharjah, UAE.
The role covers approximately five concurrent projects and leadership of a team of around 10 employees across multiple project sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage approximately five ongoing projects simultaneously.
- Lead and oversee around 10 employees across multiple project sites.
- Ensure delivery within timelines, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project planning, execution, procurement, and reporting activities.
Experience and background
- 15–20 years of experience; senior candidates only.
- Civil engineering or construction-related qualification preferred.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
Relevant project experience
- Preferred project backgrounds include warehouses, industrial and commercial buildings, worker accommodation, steel structures, and infrastructure or road works.
