Adecco is recruiting a hands-on IT lead for an international organization to drive enterprise systems, technology operations, and digital transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation, optimization, and ongoing management.
- Oversee integrations with e-commerce platforms, warehouse systems, and third-party logistics providers.
- Improve processes across inventory, purchasing, order management, fulfillment, and finance.
- Manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, business continuity, and user support.
- Own IT projects, budgets, vendors, and implementation partners.
Candidate profile
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proven IT leadership across multiple entities or international operations.
- Experience with Shopify, WMS, EDI, and 3PL integrations.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration troubleshooting.
- Experience in retail, wholesale, distribution, or e-commerce is listed as a candidate qualification.
- Able to combine strategic planning with practical delivery and stakeholder management.
