Direct sales role focused on banking products and financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell credit cards, personal loans, and other banking products and financial solutions.
- Generate business through direct sales, outdoor sales, referrals, and customer acquisition.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow UAE banking regulations and internal policies in sales activities.
Requirements
- Previous direct sales experience in UAE banking or financial services is mandatory.
- A proven record of achieving sales targets and earning sales incentives is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, and able to work in a competitive sales environment.
- Knowledge of UAE banking products and market practices is preferred.
- An existing customer network and consistent sales performance are advantageous.
