What you’ll do
- Understand customer requirements and document business processes.
- Support product demonstrations, platform configuration, and testing.
- Assist with customer onboarding, training, and go-live.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
What the employer is looking for
- 0–1 year of experience.
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Enthusiasm to learn and work with customers.
- Relevant internships in SaaS, HR technology, consulting, or business analysis are a plus.
Training and travel
- Mandatory 4–6 weeks of training in India upon joining.
- The company will facilitate visa, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
