Supervise daily water bottling operations, including production, hygiene, staff, and timely delivery to company facilities and project sites.
Responsibilities
- Supervise filling, capping, labeling, and packing operations.
- Keep bottling machinery and related equipment operating efficiently.
- Monitor water quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Ensure bottles, caps, labels, and packaging materials are available.
- Maintain production records, stock registers, and distribution reports.
- Coordinate water supply and delivery schedules with project managers, site supervisors, and storekeepers.
- Manage bottling staff, drivers, and helpers; monitor bottle and consumables inventory.
- Ensure proper water storage and handling; report breakdowns, maintenance needs, and production issues.
- Follow company policies, safety requirements, and local regulations; reduce waste and use resources cost-effectively.
Qualifications and requirements
- Previous experience in water bottling, production, or plant operations.
- Knowledge of bottling machines, filling processes, and hygiene standards.
- Basic computer skills for production and stock records.
- Good supervisory, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple construction project sites.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
