Surveying duties
- Conduct land and site surveys for construction projects.
- Perform setting-out works for buildings, roads, foundations, and other structures.
- Operate Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying equipment.
- Establish and verify site coordinates, levels, benchmarks, and boundaries.
Survey coordination and records
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, site plans, and survey data.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and construction teams to support accurate execution.
- Carry out as-built surveys, prepare survey reports, and maintain accurate survey records.
- Verify dimensions, elevations, and alignments against approved drawings.
- Ensure surveying activities comply with project specifications and safety requirements.
Required qualifications and experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of UAE experience as a Land Surveyor.
- Mandatory construction-site experience; candidates without UAE construction-site experience will not be considered.
- Hands-on experience with Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS/GNSS equipment.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, setting-out procedures, levels, and coordinates.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with site teams.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in building construction, infrastructure, roads, or civil engineering projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing software is preferred.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
