Role overview

Inventory and material handling

• Receive, inspect, and verify construction and fit-out materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Issue materials to site teams and subcontractors against approved requisitions; maintain records for materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
• Update goods receipts, material issues, and stock transfers in ERP software; prepare daily stock and consumption reports in Excel.
• Monitor minimum stock levels, notify Procurement about replenishment, and conduct stock counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate materials and deliveries with project managers, engineers, Procurement, and Accounts.

Store controls and documentation

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials to avoid damage, loss, or wastage.
• Maintain goods receipt notes, delivery notes, material issue vouchers, and return notes.
• Keep the store clean and organized and follow company safety procedures.

Qualifications and experience

• High school diploma or relevant qualification; a diploma in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.
• 2–5 years of Storekeeper experience in fit-out, interior design, or construction.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, formulas, and stock reporting.
• Practical ERP inventory management knowledge; SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Tally, or similar software experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction and interior fit-out materials, including gypsum boards, metal studs, paints, tiles, flooring, timber, hardware, electrical materials, and plumbing materials.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records, prepare reports, and coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and office staff; strong organization, attention to detail, and honesty.
