Key responsibilities
- Safely transport workers and staff to and from construction sites, labor camps, offices, and other assigned locations; follow daily schedules and routes.
- Keep passengers safe and ensure passenger capacity limits are not exceeded.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after trips, including tires, brakes, lights, oil, coolant, and other essential components.
- Maintain bus cleanliness and condition; report defects, accidents, delays, and maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
- Comply with UAE traffic laws, company policies, and HSE requirements.
- Maintain trip, fuel consumption, and vehicle inspection records.
- Coordinate pickup and drop-off schedules with site supervisors and transport coordinators.
Requirements
- Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License, Category 6.
- Minimum 2–3 years of heavy bus driving experience; experience in a contracting or construction company is preferred.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
- Experience transporting construction workers or company staff is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills; Hindi or other languages are an advantage.
- Good driving record and strong commitment to safety.
- Physically fit, punctual, responsible, and professional.
