Warehouse Helper

Warehouse duties

• Load and unload goods, receive shipments, and verify quantities against delivery documents.
• Move, arrange, sort, and store products; pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders.
• Check goods for damage, shortages, or incorrect quantities and support receiving and dispatch operations.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory checks; maintain stock movement records when required.
• Prepare goods for delivery, transportation, or internal transfer and follow applicable FIFO/FEFO rotation procedures.
• Keep warehouse areas clean and organized and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
• Follow supervisor instructions and warehouse health, safety, and security procedures.
• Report damaged goods, missing items, or unsafe conditions; use equipment only when trained and authorized.

Qualifications and experience

• Previous warehouse-helper, packing, general-helper, loader, or warehouse-assistant experience is preferred; candidates without experience may be considered.
• Experience in logistics, distribution, retail warehouses, supermarkets, FMCG, or trading companies is advantageous.
• UAE warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic warehouse-operations and safety knowledge is beneficial.
• High school education or equivalent is preferred; formal qualifications are not mandatory if the work can be performed safely and effectively.
• Basic reading, writing, and numerical skills are an advantage.
