Packing Helper

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Pack goods according to company procedures; inspect items for visible damage and report issues to the supervisor.
• Label, seal, and organize packages; sort products by order details, type, or destination.
• Assist with loading and unloading; prepare packed items for storage, shipment, or delivery.
• Check quantities and ensure orders match documentation.
• Keep packing and storage areas clean and organized; handle materials and equipment safely.
• Notify the supervisor when supplies need replenishment and follow workplace health, safety, and product-handling procedures.
• Assist with stock movement and routine warehouse tasks; minimize packaging waste and use materials responsibly.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and packing procedures carefully, with good attention to products, quantities, and labels.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and basic understanding of workplace cleanliness and safety practices.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift within safe limits.
• Must be reliable, punctual, willing to learn, and able to keep the packing area clean and organized.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work shifts or overtime when required under applicable regulations and the employment contract.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai, UAE.
• Basic education is preferred; relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Packing, warehousing, production, or general-labour experience is preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates.

• Shift work or overtime may be required in accordance with applicable regulations and the employment contract.

• Full-time, on-site work in Dubai, UAE.
