The Specialized Facilitator - Training joins the Total Facilities Management team in Dubai.
The role trains cleaning personnel on cleaning tools, chemicals, machinery, materials, and correct cleaning techniques.
Training and assessment
- Deliver periodic lectures, briefings, Toolbox Talks, classroom sessions, demonstrations, and on-the-job coaching.
- Observe performance, assess competency, and provide corrective guidance on tools, equipment, and materials.
- Develop weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly training calendars and coordinate sessions with supervisors.
- Assess trainees through written tests, demonstrations, and workplace performance observations.
- Document training activities and assessments in required records and the company portal.
Service quality and client coordination
- Monitor performance through regular site inspections and post-training evaluations.
- Inspect common areas, washrooms, janitor rooms, assets, amenities, office spaces, and back-of-house areas.
- Build relationships with clients and operational teams, communicate training plans and improvements, and attend client meetings.
- Address client findings and reported issues within agreed timelines and communicate compliance issues to supervisors.
- Analyze feedback and inspection findings, report recurring issues, and recommend targeted training and corrective actions.
- Improve training methods and service quality to reduce complaints, rework, and operating costs and support contract performance.
Selection criteria
- At least two years of cleaning supervisory experience in a high-end facility.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, tools, and machinery.
- Ability to deliver training and conduct presentations effectively.
- EPT Level 3 or above with good English communication skills.
Tools and records
- Maintain training documentation and records using Excel and the TG Portal.
