Role scope

Financial responsibilities

• Develop profitability-focused pricing strategies; analyze manpower salaries, benefits, equipment, and overheads.
• Forecast revenue using pricing strategies, market demand, and sales forecasts; coordinate cost updates with relevant business functions.
• Prepare client-specific financial summaries and govern pricing approvals and accurate cost capture.
• Produce pricing performance reports and analysis for management.

Customer responsibilities

• Analyze customer pricing requests and develop customized proposals; support sales and business units during customer negotiations.
• Manage customer-specific pricing agreements, contracts, and discounts in line with pricing policies.
• Identify price optimization opportunities using customer segmentation, market trends, and competitive information.
• Provide timely support for custom pricing requests and support client meetings as required.

Process and improvement

• Maintain current pricing templates and review pricing financial information with FP&A against budgets and business needs.
• Maintain and develop Excel-based pricing templates for business units and their service delivery models.
• Maintain pricing history for comparison and benchmarking; automate cost models and improve pricing processes, tools, and strategies.

Selection criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics.
• 5+ years in a pricing or finance role; similar-industry experience is preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills and ability to analyze complex pricing data.
• Financial principles and modeling experience, including cost analysis, margin optimization, and revenue forecasting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in pricing analysis, proposals, and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across sales, finance, and operations.
• Advanced or expert MS Excel proficiency; VBA is a plus.
