Support the Account Manager and allocated contracts in delivering services according to commercial agreements.
Help maintain service excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and accurate operational data.
Support transport, aviation, and logistics responsibilities across the group.
Financial and customer responsibilities
- Maintain contract operational performance and facilitate timely deployment of assets to meet client demand.
- Monitor commercial performance, operational SLAs and KPIs, and adherence to SOPs and SWIs.
- Manage account relationships and propose initiatives to increase efficiency and identify opportunities.
- Prepare daily operational reporting and support review of contractual financial performance.
Process and innovation responsibilities
- Analyze trends and metrics, validate productivity measures, and improve processes to address inefficiencies.
- Report on deployment data and driver performance; promote operational excellence and positive team behavior.
- Streamline workflows, establish quality controls, and document key processes.
- Use automation and research transportation trends, technologies, software, and practices to improve operating models.
- Collaborate across departments and business units on improvement proposals and innovation.
Selection criteria
- At least 5 years of experience.
- University or college education.
- Technical skills in transport management, rostering and deployments, vehicle utilization, limousine and RTA regulatory compliance, operational procedures, customer relationship management, and report writing.
