Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and introduce company services.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team when needed.
- Record customer interactions and sales activities accurately.
- Meet daily and weekly call and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and assist with market research and sales reporting.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English, French, and Spanish communication skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette, customer service, persuasion, and target orientation.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, organization, and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively; eager to develop a sales career.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 per month, plus incentives.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
