Generate qualified leads for the company's real estate projects and support sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads through digital campaigns, social media, property portals, website inquiries, events, and other marketing channels.
- Develop lead-generation strategies for new project launches and existing developments.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies to monitor and optimize campaigns.
- Identify target audiences and potential buyers based on project offerings and market trends.
- Maintain lead databases and CRM systems; qualify leads by budget, property preferences, and purchase intent.
- Assign leads to sales and monitor follow-ups; track lead performance, cost per lead, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports; research competitors and identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate campaigns and launches with marketing; monitor lead quality, reduce duplicate or invalid records, and collect sales feedback.
- Comply with applicable data-protection and marketing regulations.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of lead-generation or digital marketing experience; real estate experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media platforms, property portals, and CRM systems.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet lead-generation targets.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 5,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
