Role overview
Lead technical development and delivery of CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Focus on development leadership, custom components, integrations, plug-ins, workflows, and quality and scalability of implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Dynamics 365 CRM solution development and delivery; direct custom CRM component and extension design.
- Develop and oversee plug-ins, workflows, custom business logic, and automation; design Power Platform and enterprise integrations.
- Guide teams on coding standards, architecture, performance, security, and best practices; review designs, code, and implementations.
- Translate business requirements with functional leads and solution architects; support troubleshooting, optimization, deployment, and releases.
- Find opportunities to enhance CRM functionality and automation with Power Platform.
Required experience and skills
- 10+ years of CRM/Dynamics 365 technical development experience, with strong technical leadership experience.
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform expertise; experience with plug-ins, workflows, custom components, and CRM extensions.
- Strong Power Platform and enterprise integration experience; understanding of Dynamics 365 frameworks, APIs, customization, security, and solution management.
- Experience leading development teams and conducting technical design and code reviews; strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key deliverables
Custom CRM component technical designs and development; Dynamics 365 plug-ins, workflows, and custom business logic.
Power Platform and enterprise-system integrations; technical documentation, code reviews, and development standards.
Technical leadership, troubleshooting, and implementation support.
