Lead end-to-end architecture and design of CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, integrated solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead CRM solution architecture and design; define integration strategy for CRM and surrounding enterprise systems.
- Design data models, data flows, governance, and integration considerations; develop customization and extensibility strategies.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into solution designs and guide development and implementation teams.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, scalability, performance, and best practices.
- Support technical decisions and identify opportunities to optimize the CRM landscape.
Required experience and skills
- 12+ years of overall IT/CRM experience, including strong solution architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proven CRM solution design, integration architecture, data architecture, and customization planning experience.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, data management, and CRM architecture principles.
- Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders; strong communication, stakeholder management, and architectural documentation skills.
