Develop, customise, integrate, and enhance CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Deliver CRM functionality, automation, integrations, and data migration solutions aligned with business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CRM solutions from functional and technical requirements.
- Design plug-ins, custom business logic, workflows, and CRM components; build automation with Power Platform and Power Automate.
- Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and external or enterprise systems.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and migration.
- Troubleshoot CRM customisation, integration, and automation issues; follow standards for quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical leads, and stakeholders; prepare technical documentation and support testing, deployment, and post-implementation work.
Required experience and skills
- 5–8 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development experience and strong hands-on customisation and development experience.
- Experience developing plug-ins, workflows, and custom CRM components; working knowledge of Power Platform and Power Automate.
- Proven CRM integration and data migration experience.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 APIs, data models, security, and solution management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills; good communication and cross-functional teamwork.

Dynamics 365 customisations and enhancements, plug-ins, workflows, and custom components.
Power Platform automation, CRM integrations, and data migration and validation.
Technical documentation, testing, and implementation support.
