Lead functional design and implementation of CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Translate business processes and requirements into CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead business process mapping and CRM functional design across Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and configure modules, workflows, business rules, forms, views, and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and support CRM adoption.
- Prepare functional specifications, process and configuration documents, and user guides.
- Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities; deliver user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Guide technical and implementation teams and align solutions with CRM best practices, business objectives, and user experience expectations.
Required experience and skills
- 10+ years in CRM functional consulting, business analysis, or functional leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform; functional expertise across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, CRM configuration, functional documentation, user training, workshops, UAT, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable CRM solutions.
