Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering, project, workshop, site, and maintenance teams and assist with day-to-day technical and project coordination.
• Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, checklists, records, and Excel project trackers.
• Follow up on materials, deliveries, site requirements, and schedules.
• Assist with quotations, material lists, technical submissions, and reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, customers, and internal departments.
• Organize technical drawings, manuals, certificates, inspection documents, and related records.
• Assist with installation, inspection, testing, commissioning, and maintenance coordination.
• Track outstanding requirements, communicate project updates, and support engineers, technicians, and project managers.
• Perform other technical coordination and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred, not mandatory.
• Fresh engineering graduates are encouraged; relevant practical experience in technical coordination, construction, maintenance, machinery, manufacturing, MEP, or project support may be considered instead of an engineering qualification.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; ability to understand basic technical drawings, equipment information, and specifications.
• Good written and spoken English, organization, follow-up, attention to detail, coordination, and willingness to learn.
• BMUs, façade access systems, elevators or lifting equipment, mechanical or electrical equipment, MEP, construction, building maintenance, industrial machinery, and AutoCAD are advantageous but not essential.
• Previous UAE experience is advantageous but not required.
