The role involves operating and setting up CNC machinery, producing components to technical specifications, and maintaining finished-product quality.
Employment Details
- The position is full-time.
- The work location is in person in the United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, and monitor CNC machines according to production requirements.
- Read technical and engineering drawings and follow CNC programs and machine instructions.
- Perform machine adjustments, offsets, cutting-tool changes, and basic tool maintenance.
- Inspect components with precision measuring tools and correct machining or dimensional problems.
- Maintain machine checks, production records, quality targets, safety procedures, and HSE requirements.
- Report faults and production issues and collaborate with supervisors, engineers, programmers, and production staff.
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven hands-on CNC Operator experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, machining, or engineering.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, perform machine setup, use precision instruments, and follow production schedules.
- Understanding of CNC machining processes, quality control, workplace safety, and HSE requirements.
- Ability to work independently and in a production team in a physical manufacturing environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with CNC milling, turning or lathes, machining centers, metal fabrication, and machining.
- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi CNC controllers and basic G-code and M-code.
- Experience with metal materials, precision components, tight tolerances, or UAE and GCC manufacturing.
