Technical Coordinator

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily technical activities, service requirements, technicians, site visits, inspections, installations, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with clients, technicians, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents, reports, quotations, work orders, and service records.
• Follow up on projects, monitor progress, meet deadlines, and update management and clients.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and procurement deliveries against technical requirements.
• Assist with troubleshooting, method statements, material submittals, inspection requests, and other technical documents.
• Maintain equipment, materials, service, and project records; coordinate office and site communications.
• Follow company procedures and applicable health, safety, and quality requirements; perform other assigned technical coordination and administrative duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Technical Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Site Coordinator, or in a similar role.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of technical operations, maintenance, installation, or project coordination.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, follow-up, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good written and spoken English; proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings, coordinate multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
