Role overview

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines, including loading tools, workpieces, and fixtures.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, CNC programs, and machine instructions; perform basic offsets and adjustments.
• Monitor machining, inspect components with precision instruments, and address defects or quality issues.
• Check machines, replace and maintain tools, report faults, and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Meet production schedules and output and quality targets; maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Coordinate with production colleagues and reduce material waste through efficient use of tools and consumables.

Mandatory requirements

• Proven hands-on CNC Operator experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, machining, or engineering.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, understand machining processes, set up machines, change tools, and make basic adjustments.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and commitment to quality, production deadlines, and workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and with a production team; physically capable of manufacturing or fabrication work.
• Willingness to work in person according to production requirements.

Preferred experience

• CNC milling, turning or lathe operation, and CNC machining centers.
• Metal fabrication and machining, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or other metals.
• Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controllers; basic G-code and M-code knowledge.
• Precision components and tight tolerances, or UAE/GCC manufacturing or fabrication experience.

Work arrangement

• Full-time, in-person work in the United Arab Emirates.
