Full-time PRO / HR Officer role in Human Resources / Government Relations.
The employer seeks an experienced, detail-oriented candidate with knowledge of UAE government procedures, visa and labor processes, and HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Handle UAE government transactions and procedures.
- Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and employee documentation.
- Process Emirates ID, work permits, labor cards, and other government documents.
- Coordinate with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and other government authorities.
- Visit government offices and service centers as required.
- Maintain records of employee visas, permits, and government documents; track expiry dates and arrange timely renewals.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee files and HR records, and support HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor and government requirements; handle confidential information professionally.
- Perform other HR and PRO duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in PRO, HR, or HR/PRO roles.
- Strong knowledge of UAE visa, labor, and government procedures; experience with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and UAE government portals.
- Good understanding of UAE labor regulations and HR administration.
- Must communicate effectively in Arabic and have good English communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems; strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
