Malt Technics LLC is hiring an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Dubai.
The role manages UAE government processes, company documentation, visa and immigration procedures, and official administrative requirements.
The position is full-time, in person, and open to immediate joiners only.
Responsibilities
- Handle government transactions, approvals, and coordination with relevant departments and authorities.
- Manage visas, work permits, Emirates IDs, labor and immigration processes, and related documentation.
- Process new employee visas, renewals, and cancellations.
- Assist with company license renewals and government registrations as required.
- Maintain accurate employee and company records and ensure requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Represent the company professionally, monitor UAE procedure changes, and support HR and management administratively.
Requirements
- Previous UAE experience as a PRO/Public Relations Officer and strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, visa, and government procedures are required.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Good written and spoken English and knowledge of UAE government portals and online systems are required.
- Arabic communication ability is preferred.
- Candidates should work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners only.
