MTLL LLC is seeking a technically minded Sales Engineer fluent in Arabic and English.
The role supports technical sales and business development across the UAE.
The position is full-time and based in person in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
- Build relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend technical products and solutions.
- Prepare technical presentations, quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Conduct customer visits and site meetings as required.
- Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, negotiations, and sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or business development.
- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
- Strong technical understanding and customer-facing solution explanation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE for customer and site visits.
- UAE market knowledge and an existing customer network are advantageous.
