Supply Chain Operations Analyst I role with CEVA Logistics in East Liberty, Ohio.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance, compliance, and invoicing reports, including report development and analytics.
- Calculate, analyze, and audit financial and operational results.
- Analyze transportation and operational details to find improvement, savings, and efficiency opportunities.
- Review, classify, audit, and record information in appropriate systems or files.
- Support compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, seeking guidance when needed.
- Develop program metrics and goals, present information to customers or leaders, and prepare operational performance materials.
- Investigate claims, failures, and damages, determine root causes and responsible parties, and present findings.
- Assist with customer requests by applying transportation principles and drafting responses.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Operations, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent education and experience.
- Less than one year of related experience is required.
- A master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to develop transportation and logistics analytics, reports, and communications.
- Awareness of common transportation and logistics management systems and databases.
- Ability to identify and communicate opportunities for operational efficiency and concerns.
- Professional certification may be required in some areas.
