Role overview

Shipment coordination

• Receive, record, and validate orders; execute routing plans according to Customer Operation Support instructions.
• Coordinate documents, updates, cargo availability, and shipment arrangements with network offices and clients.
• Manage shipments from origin through delivery and coordinate land, marine, and air operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with local import and export customs regulations for equipment and materials.

Shipment execution and monitoring

• Coordinate out-of-scope requests, rate negotiations, client rate filing, and approvals before confirming shipments.
• Troubleshoot service deviations, escalate issues, and centralize and follow up on claims.
• Monitor shipments with the Link tracker, intervene on service deviations, and coordinate recovery plans with the network and client.
• Report damages promptly, raise claims under air and sea processes, address missing data events, and keep trackers updated.
• Update and distribute SOPs when operational scope changes.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for aircraft-on-ground situations, including after-office hours and public holidays.

Invoices and continuous improvement

• Maintain statement-of-account files with current invoices and submit them to Dnata for final review.
• Resolve network and client rate discrepancies and reconcile invoice disputes; perform weekly reconciliation for timely payment under agreed credit terms.
• Hold weekly coordination meetings with overseas network teams to review invoice disputes, identify root causes, track resolution, and close issues.
• Seek service and cost improvements, including technological and process improvements.
