Operations Executive – Aerospace, supporting CEVA Logistics air-freight operations in Dubai.

Shipment coordination
- Receive, record, and validate customer orders; prepare routing plans according to Customer Operation Support instructions.
- Coordinate shipment documents and updates with network offices, liaise with clients, and arrange shipments.
- Manage shipments from origin to delivery and coordinate land, marine, and air operations across locations.
- Ensure customs compliance with local import/export regulations for equipment and materials.
- Confirm cargo availability and manage out-of-scope requests, rate negotiations, rate filing, and required approvals.
Shipment monitoring and service
- Troubleshoot service deviations, escalate issues, centralize claims, and follow up on resolutions.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support, including after-hours and public holidays, for AOG situations.
- Report damages and raise claims under air and sea processes; track shipments and deploy recovery plans when service deviates.
- Follow up on missing shipment data and keep tracking tools current; update and distribute SOPs when scope changes.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations with clients and pursue cost and service improvements.
Invoices and reporting
- Maintain account files and invoices for client review; resolve rate discrepancies and reconcile invoice disputes for timely payment.
- Hold weekly coordination meetings with overseas network teams to review invoice disputes, investigate causes, track resolutions, and ensure closure.
