- Oversee daily housekeeping department operations and cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeepers.
- Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness and order.
- Schedule shifts and coordinate housekeeping tasks and inventory.
- Address guest complaints and special requests.
Requirements
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of housekeepers.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, inventory, and tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff and guests.
- Ability to resolve complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Time management to meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and supervise staff in a physically demanding environment.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment, including proper use and maintenance.
