The role is a communication link between senior F&B managers and team members.
About you
- College or university graduate; a similar field of study is an asset.
- At least two years of experience in a similar position.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills; committed and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the assigned team in line with departmental SOPs.
- Assist with guest complaints and problems promptly, and report resolved and unresolved incidents to the Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager.
- Use coaching and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.
- Assist the Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager with operations and validate departmental standards and procedures.
