The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition will source, attract, and interview prospective talent to find candidates suited to the company’s long-term goals.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of talent-acquisition experience; hospitality industry experience is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Hands-on full recruitment-cycle experience using job portals, interview techniques, and evaluation methods.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of differences between various organizational roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
