About you
- Previous hospitality experience; supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Manage guest requests and preferences efficiently, calmly, and courteously.
- Highly organized, able to multitask, and committed to professionalism and efficiency.
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic.
- Stay updated on hospitality trends to support excellent service.
- Be proactive and able to handle high-pressure situations.
