About you
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3–5 years of Food & Beverage experience, including a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Previous experience in an Italian restaurant or Italian dining concept is highly desirable.
- Experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant environment is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, food and beverage service, and restaurant operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Commercial awareness and a good understanding of restaurant revenue and cost management.
- Proficiency in English; Italian or other languages are an advantage.
