About the Job
As an Agent, Guest Relations, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences by anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs throughout their stay.
You will serve as a primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized assistance, resolving inquiries or issues, and creating memorable moments that exceed guest expectations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
- Anticipate guests' needs and preferences to enhance their experience and exceed their expectations.
- Coordinate special requests and arrangements for guests, including restaurant reservations, transportation, and special occasion celebrations.
- Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular checks with guests to ensure their comfort and address any concerns or issues.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance guests' overall experience.
- Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of guest information.
- Assist with VIP arrivals and departures, including escorting guests to their rooms and providing personalized amenities.
- Collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on hotel promotions, events, and policies to provide accurate information to guests.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Guest Relations Manager or other supervisory personnel.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Previous experience in guest relations, concierge, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluency or proficiency in Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, or French would be considered an advantage and is preferred.
