About the role
Own and optimize the hotel cluster’s distribution ecosystem, including electronic channels, third-party partners, metasearch, brand channels, and direct booking touchpoints.
The role combines channel management, conversion optimization, PMS maintenance, and digital ownership of the booking funnel for rooms and ancillary revenue.
Responsibilities
- Maximize conversion, protect margin, and grow direct and loyalty bookings.
- Coordinate distribution, digitalization, and funnel optimization among Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and IT.
Candidate requirements
- Hotel management graduate specialized in revenue management and distribution.
- At least 10 years of hospitality experience; cluster or complex experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, effective verbal and written communication, and computer literacy.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations supporting revenue growth.
- Technical proficiency with revenue-operations tools and systems; familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, customer success, and analytics platforms.
- Able to define and track KPIs and develop talent and succession plans.
