The employer is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer with at least five years of experience.
The role supports payroll for office staff and site-based employees in the contracting/construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Process monthly salaries, overtime, deductions, and final settlements.
- Verify attendance, timesheets, and payroll inputs; handle office and site-based employee payroll.
- Prepare payroll reports and labour cost calculations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and WPS requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and site teams on accurate payroll processing.
- Manage leave salary, end-of-service benefits, and salary adjustments.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation.
Requirements
- At least five years of payroll experience; UAE contracting/construction industry experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, overtime, and end-of-service benefits.
- Experience in labour costing and site workforce payroll.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll systems.
