Customer delivery responsibilities

  • Advise customers on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions.
  • Lead implementation, ensure best practices, optimize performance, and manage risks throughout projects.

Basic qualifications

  • Experience with the full software development lifecycle, or debugging, profiling, and software engineering practices in large-scale systems.
  • Experience leading highly available, fault-tolerant enterprise or web-scale deployments and large technical or engineering programs.
  • Experience leading software development organizations using a DevOps model.
  • At least 5 years in enterprise application modernization and migration technologies, including one or more of mainframe, serverless, containers, or cloud operations.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or containers; alternatively, virtualization technologies, and networking protocols such as DNS, DHCP, or TCP.
  • Experience deploying and optimizing Windows Server, or working with REST API-based services and big data architecture.
  • Experience developing cloud-native CI/CD workflows and tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity, AWS CodeDeploy, or GitLab.
  • Experience deploying production LLMs on accelerator hardware, or experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics, or natural language processing.

Preferred qualifications

  • 10+ years of database experience, including SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or Kinesis.
  • Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipelines; partner, account, product, program management, or business development engagements.
  • Experience as a technical account manager, consultant, solutions architect, platform engineer, systems engineer, or cloud architect.
  • Experience architecting or operating AWS solutions and designing applications with container or serverless technologies.
  • Seven or more years of mainframe and legacy systems experience; experience with database management systems.
