Recruiting a Specialized Facilitator - eLearning to join the Onboarding Team in Jebel Ali.
The role manages day-to-day Learning & Development operations and training and upskilling initiatives for site-based employees.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule training based on trainer, facility, and digital-tool availability; track participation and progress to reduce duplication and waste.
- Act as the first contact for site-based employees on training schedules, opportunities, and progress, and promote training to potential learners.
- Coordinate digital and face-to-face delivery to suit learner needs and career development frameworks.
- Maintain training records, attendance, learner progress, and process documentation; monitor and report completion, progression, and mandatory-learning compliance.
- Conduct gap analyses, recommend learning pathways and interventions, and suggest process and digital improvements for training coordination and tracking.
Selection criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in L&D administration, HR operations, or training coordination.
- Strong organization and time management to balance multiple training schedules and resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with site-based employees and managers.
- Analytical mindset for training gap analysis and career development advice.
