Responsibilities
- Build customer-focused solutions and solve complex distributed-systems challenges.
- Contribute to virtual desktop experiences and infrastructure supporting organizations worldwide.
Basic qualifications
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year designing and developing large-scale applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; programming experience in at least one language.
Preferred qualifications
- Three or more years of full software development life-cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
Compensation
- The description lists annual base salary ranges of USD 165,200–223,600 for Sunnyvale and USD 143,700–194,400 for Seattle.
- Compensation may include sign-on payments and restricted stock units; final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
