Sinyar Graduate Program
Al-Futtaim’s Sinyar development programme combines a defined Retail position with structured development.
The Duty Manager opportunity is designed for fresh graduates; applicants with up to one year of relevant experience may also be considered if they meet the GPA requirement.
Participants gain hands-on exposure to store operations, customer experience, team coordination, stock management, and commercial performance.
Store operations and customer experience
- Support day-to-day store operations, opening and closing procedures, operational routines, and shift coordination.
- Learn administrative processes, including cash and store controls, and help maintain store standards.
- Engage customers, help resolve queries, uphold service standards, and identify ways to improve the customer journey.
- Coordinate with managers and team members while developing leadership and team communication skills.
Stock, commercial performance, and compliance
- Support stock availability, replenishment, inventory, stock transfers, and cyclic counts.
- Work with Visual Merchandising and store teams to maintain product presentation and an engaging shopping environment.
- Learn to monitor sales results and store KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Support compliance with store procedures, health and safety, and trading requirements.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and minimum GPA of 2.8.
- Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience, subject to meeting the GPA requirement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an interest in Retail operations.
- Organized, proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and willing to learn, take ownership, and develop leadership capabilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
