Role and program
Logistics Executive role with Al-Futtaim Retail as part of the Sinyar Graduate Program, combining a defined business position with structured professional development.
Designed for fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 2.8; candidates with up to one year of relevant experience may be considered if they meet the GPA requirement.
Supports Beauty, Toys, Books, and Food categories across the MENA region, working with internal teams, regional stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
Product registration and compliance
- Support UAE product registration through relevant regulatory systems.
- Collect, submit, and track required product documentation and coordinate samples and supporting materials for regulatory approval.
- Follow up on registrations to support timely approvals and avoid shipment delays.
Regional coordination
- Work with Merchandising teams to identify ordered product lines and registration requirements.
- Coordinate required documents and Certificates of Analysis, and distribute documentation to regional teams for shipment processing.
- Support registration activities across multiple markets in the region.
Documentation and stakeholder work
- Maintain accurate trackers for product registration, documentation, and translation activities.
- Support Arabic product information proofreading and coordinate Arabic labels and stickers with warehouse teams.
- Provide registration updates, highlight outstanding requirements, and resolve queries with internal teams, warehouses, and regulatory authorities.
- Support communication with government and regulatory bodies when required.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and minimum GPA of 2.8 or above.
- Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving; comfortable with multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic capability is an advantage for product information and translation.
