Digital Content Specialist role with IKEA within Al-Futtaim Retail, offered as part of the Sinyar Graduate Program.

The role supports customer experiences across digital channels and provides exposure to e-commerce, digital marketing, and cross-functional work.
Content and campaigns
- Write, edit, and optimize customer-facing website, app, email, push notification, and WhatsApp content.
- Create engaging commercial content and adapt campaign, product, and service messaging to IKEA’s tone of voice.
- Support content plans, calendars, and campaign schedules aligned with trading priorities.
- Work with Merchandising on launches, product releases, seasonal activities, and commercial campaigns.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience, Marketing, Commercial, and Digital teams on a consistent customer experience.
Digital optimization and collaboration
- Apply SEO and digital content practices to improve visibility and engagement.
- Use customer insights, behavior, and performance data to improve content and identify engagement opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support cross-functional digital content, copywriting, and customer communication projects.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 2.8; applicants may be fresh graduates or have up to one year of relevant experience.
- Strong interest in digital content, copywriting, and customer engagement.
- Good written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Creativity, collaboration, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Familiarity with SEO, content management systems, Adobe InCopy, or InDesign is an advantage.
