For our client, we are seeking a Servicenow Delivery Director to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience.
You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution.
The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Business Services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $226,000 – $376,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead successful ServiceNow implementation and support engagements
- Drive business development and sales strategy execution
- Coordinate recruiting efforts for team building
- Ensure delivery execution quality and governance for Services
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in the platform
- Develop thought leadership content and marketing materials
- Maintain industry awareness and align services with technology evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience required
- 5+ years of ServiceNow application experience including large implementations
- Active US Citizenship is required
- Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow platform
- Active ServiceNow certifications or ability to obtain them upon hire
- Expertise in business development and relationship management
- Experience with project management and Agile methodologies
