For our client, we are seeking a Director Technology Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery.
You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.
The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients during the RFP process to identify business objectives
- Advise clients on leveraging AI to solve challenges and unlock value
- Present tailored solutions to stakeholders, highlighting technical and business benefits
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer to clients, addressing training and AI adoption needs
- Create proposals for designing, implementing, and supporting managed services solutions
- Lead the integration of AI tools to enhance application support and efficiency
- Analyze opportunities to automate tasks and improve turnaround times using AI-driven capabilities
Qualifications
- Strong experience in application support and development within a managed services environment
- Hands-on expertise with AI solutions like predictive analytics, machine learning models, and chatbots
- Broad understanding of major AI/ML technologies such as Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, and Google AI
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in solutioning/delivering managed services
- 3+ years of experience designing AI-powered managed services solutions
