For our client, we are seeking a Program Director Clinical Pharmacy Programs to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.
This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery.
You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track.
The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and lead the Enterprise Clinical Pharmacy Program
- Develop new clinical programs based on patient needs
- Standardize clinical practices and medication management policies
- Lead Formulary, Pharmacy and Therapeutics committees
- Provide drug formulary oversight
- Develop and coordinate new product implementation plans
- Monitor pharmaceutical marketplace for cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D.) required
- 6 years planning and executing pharmacy programs
- 10 years of hospital setting experience
- Current Pharmacy license required
- Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) certification required
- Preferred: ASHP accredited PGY-1 or PGY-2 Residencies
- Preferred: 5 years of experience in Oncology
