Overview

For our client, we are seeking a Director Omnichannel Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance.

You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action.

The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $230,000 – $270,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an omnichannel analytics strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead insights, data architecture, and testing roadmaps for marketing and commercial analytics
  • Analyze customer behavior to create effective targeting strategies and optimize messaging
  • Build and manage a high-performing omnichannel analytics team
  • Oversee measurement of digital marketing across multiple channels
  • Analyze engagement journeys for optimization opportunities and future initiatives
  • Define KPIs to track brand objectives and performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, especially digital or omnichannel analytics, in pharma/biotech
  • Strong understanding of advanced statistical measurement and analytics techniques
  • Expertise in omnichannel analytics, marketing performance measurement, and customer journey analytics
  • Experience in rare disease or highly targeted patient populations preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms
