Key responsibilities
- Partner with sales leaders on strategic initiatives and financial frameworks for data-informed decisions and return on investment.
- Build and maintain KPI reporting and explain performance trends to business partners.
- Perform complex financial analyses and develop scalable mechanisms to identify growth and operational improvement opportunities.
- Present financial summaries and insights to senior management.
- Drive short- and long-term financial planning across organizations while maintaining strategic alignment and financial controllership.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or experience in relevant finance roles.
- Fluent spoken and written English, including reading.
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting financial results.
- Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to inform decisions with demonstrated business impact.
- Experience in commercial finance business partnering or FP&A.
Preferred qualifications
- Master's degree, MBA, or related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent.
- Experience with data analytics platforms such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or Tableau.
