Responsibilities
- Review designs and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems.
- Manage projects involving fire alarm, CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, public address, intercom, and other security systems.
- Prepare technical submittals, material approvals, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Civil Defence requirements, Qatar regulations, and relevant international standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, suppliers, and internal departments for timely project execution.
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Provide technical support to sales, estimation, and project teams; review specifications and recommend technical solutions.
- Lead and guide engineers, technicians, and site teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant ELV systems experience; the posting separately lists 5 years in ELV, fire alarm, and security systems as required.
- Relevant experience preferably in fire protection, security, or the MEP industry.
- Strong expertise in fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and integrated security solutions.
- Knowledge of QCDD requirements, relevant NFPA standards, and applicable ELV regulations in Qatar.
- Experience in project execution, technical design, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents; strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Valid Qatar driving licence is listed as required; local-market experience is an advantage.
Pay
- Listed pay is QAR 1.00–QAR 2.00 per month.
